Our furniture is made right here in Pennsylvania by skilled craftsmen who work hard to feed and support their families.

Our Furniture is build from the finest solid oak, cherry, and maple wood harvested from the North Eastern USA. Our furniture has some hardwood plywood in some parts such as drawer bottoms and case backs but you will not find particle board, pressed wood, or flake board anywhere, ever! All sides, tops, bottoms, and drawer boxes are solid oak, cherry, or maple wood. There is no plywood, pressed wood, or veneer anywhere on any of our chairs or tables.

Since all of your pieces are custom made and finished just for you, it usually takes six to eight weeks for us to build an order. If you live a great distance from Pennsylvania, you can expect another week or so on top of build time for delivery. If we expect our lead time to exceed the usual amount, you will be notified.

Absolutely. The tables, chairs, hutches, and dining room furniture all have a 25 year warranty against manufacturer's defects. All bedroom, office, and occasional furniture has a one year warranty. Should you have a problem with your furniture, you will have to pay the shipping or make arrangements to return the items to us (we can help you make shipping arrangements) and we will repair the piece(s) of furniture and return it to you. However, you will be responsible to control the temperature and humidity in your home - remember, this is real wood furniture and it is sensitive to changes in the environment.

We us a two-part Conversion Varnish that is very durable and water resistant. See our Furniture Care Guide for more specifics. If you get a wet spot on your furniture, wipe it off immediately. Never set anything hot directly on the finish. With proper care and cleaning, your finish will last for years.

We use a local packing and shipping company who specializes in shipping furniture to pack and ship your order. After they have carefully packed your furniture, it will ship by a common carrier such as Estes, Yellow, or UPS Freight. We also offer inside delivery and setup in your home for an additional fee. You can select that option when you complete your checkout.

Yes we do! We have a small showroom here in Shippensburg, PA with a sampling of our products on display. Our store is open Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern time. We are closed on the Lord's Day, Sunday. If you need an appointment to stop in after hours, just call toll-free 866.477.8133 - we would be happy to accommodate you!

The best way to find out the shipping cost is to pick the items you would like to buy, add them to your cart, then proceed to checkout. There, you can select Curbside Delivery or Inside Delivery. Your shipping charge will then be displayed in your cart. At this point, you will not have committed to ordering anything.
